RapidHosts Support

We offer several ways for you to get the support you need quickly and efficiently. To keep support costs low, we ask that you begin with our online resources before you e-mail or call our support staff. Here is the preferred steps to obtain fast and efficient support:

  1. Online Web Administration - Your web interface is a point and click interface that allows you to mange your site 24 hours per a day, 7 days a week. From here, you can change passwords, add users, setup e-mail address, password protected directories, and much more.

    To access your web control panel, point web browser to the following address:

    https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 or https://your.ip.address.here:8443

    ** Please be sure to insert your real domain name or IP address **

    Note: Be sure you type "https://"
  2. FAQ Knowledge Base - Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) knowledgeable is a searchable database of our most commonly asked questions and answers. This database is updated regularly and is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Please us this first before contacting support (-:

    If you don't find the answer to your question in our FAQ database, simply click on the "Question not answered" link inside the FAQ manager and submit your question. Our Support Staff will be able to review your question and reply with a solution. We use a first-in first-out queue to process support questions. Normal response time is within one hour. We guarantee a response within 12 hours.
  3. Standard Email Support - You can send an email to our first level support staff at support@rapidhosts.com to receive free email based support 24/7. We generally will respond within a few minutes. We guarantee a response within 12 hours on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Free support is only for our clients and we can only support our hardware and software. If you need assistance web design issues, CGI or PHP programming/installation, etc., is generally not free and is billable at the then current hourly rate.

  4. Priority Email Support - $15 per incident - If you have a pressing issue and need priority support, call us or send an e-mail describing your issue to tech@rapidhosts.com and our Priority Support Team will handle your request. Your account will be billed $15 per incident after your issue is resolved.
